Caleb Monroe is a Lubbock, Texas entrepreneur, strategist, and co-founder of Monsoon, where he leads AISEO, SEO, and AI Search Optimization strategy. His work focuses on helping businesses improve visibility across traditional and AI-powered search while connecting search strategy with web design, branding, and business growth. Monroe also serves as Executive Director of Gethsemane Foster Initiative.

Travis Gibson is a Lubbock, Texas branding specialist and co-founder of Monsoon. He leads the agency's branding and creative work, specializing in brand strategy, logo design, print design, and translating a brand's personality into cohesive physical and digital experiences across websites, marketing materials, signage, print, and customer touchpoints.

Travis discovered graphic design while studying at Lubbock’s Advanced Technology Center. Outside the studio, he enjoys games, epic fantasy, music, church, and time with his family.

Travis Swearengen is a Lubbock, Texas digital marketing and automation specialist and partner at Monsoon. He helps businesses build end-to-end customer acquisition systems through PPC, SEM, paid social advertising, CRM development, and marketing automation, connecting lead generation, follow-up, customer management, and conversion into a more complete growth system.

Travis co-founded HONE Marketing in 2014 and joined Monsoon in 2019. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies at Texas Tech University.

Web design & development
Vince Kolb is Monsoon’s Creative Director, contributing graphic design and web experience to the agency’s brand and website projects. He joined Monsoon in 2020 after working in web development, graphic design, and art direction. Outside of work, he enjoys BBQ, fishing, and being a dad.
Our story
Built for underdogs.
Since the beginning.
Monsoon was founded in 2016 by Caleb Monroe and Travis Gibson out of the back of Caleb’s house after weeks of prayer. What started as board game nights with their wives and late-night conversations gave way to a leap of faith.
Leaving their jobs and coming together as business partners, Caleb and Travis set out to build a brand agency shaped by their faith and a shared commitment to taking care of people. They enjoyed working with underdog businesses and helping them compete.
In 2019, Monsoon moved into its office off 66th and Indiana in Lubbock. Travis Swearengen joined as a partner to expand the agency’s marketing capabilities.
Vince Kolb joined as Creative Director in 2020.

The work has grown to include AI Search Optimization and automation alongside branding, websites, and digital marketing. The purpose remains familiar: understand the business, recommend work that helps, and take care of the people behind it.
